Orchard Ridge Artisan Market - Vendor Signup

These festivals are going to be amazing! These two-day awesome events feature food trucks, live music, family activities, all the farm activities and you makers. While you aren't guaranteed exclusivity we won't have more than two makers in your category. As always there is absolutely no trademark or copyright infringing items allowed. 

Spaces in these events are outside and without power. You must provide your own set-up. Events are from 10-4 each day. Setup begins at 7 a.m. Early access to the farm is not permitted. This is their home and their privacy should be respected. 

You may not break down your space early. Not, that we think you'll want to, but even if you're sold out, you'll need to leave your booth up! If you're sold out you may of course go enjoy the festivities. We'll have sold out signs available for your booths. 

These will be heavily advertised events. We have a goal of 1,000 attendees daily. This means we need all the parking we can get for our customers. After you are done unloading your setup you'll need to relocate your car to a safe, designated lot in-town Gorham. A hired shuttle will bring you back to the farm. The shuttle will take makers back for your vehicles at/or after 4:00 p.m. 

Hype the events! Post, post and post some more. Add your posts to the events we've creatd on Facebook! The more we hype the event the better the attendance. Sharing is caring! 

Please do not show up at the farm to ask questions. Go enjoy the farm by all means, but questions come through Maine Micro Artisans. We are the organizers for the event.
