A Bit About Me
I have brought together multiple aspects of my artistic endeavors from original designs in jewelry and cards to recycled guitar string jewelry and upcycled decor items. In my twenties I fell in love with Celtic design and history. It is a large part of my heritage. After fruitless searches for classes in the design style I decided to travel to the UK and immerse myself in the rich history and culture for inspiration. My interests expanded over the years into working with clay, fabric, screen printing, jewelry making and graphic design.
The name Padruig came from my Celtic designs and is my maiden name Patrick in Scots Gaelic. The logo is my design "Celtic Circle of Life"©. It felt appropriate because after many years of working in non artistic fields, I have finally come full circle, back to my roots.
