Get a head-start on spring/summer entertaining with this Charcuterie Board class! Limited to 8 people!

We will learn:  Food and flavor pairings, create a story with flavor!  

Food color theory- We Eat with our eyes first! 

Texture- How to pair textures for a sensation beyond taste!

Cheeses education : Learn about the history and characteristics of some of the most popular board cheeses!

Unique slices: Learn the basics and some fun ways to cut your Charcuterie board foods

Display: Learn what makes those boards you see online look so great, simple tricks make a huge impact! 

And the most important lesson: Food saftey, How to keep your foods safe for your guests in multiple settings! 

Everyone will leave with their own Snack Charcuterie board that we put together as we learn (Enough for 2 people to share) , instruction sheets to fill your board again, and some basic tools!
